Yesterday, I saw a new client named Kevin for the first time.
Kevin reported a dull ache throughout his right shoulder, which came on after a weight lifting workout about three weeks ago. While it had gotten somewhat better in that time with ibuprofen and rest, it was still bothering him to the point that he couldn't work out.
After our session, I promised I'd send him some shoulder mobility videos for homework. His epic reply to that email is above ^^^
